My music is focused on the areas of electro acoustic, modern contemporary and experimental electronic music.

At the moment I study electro acoustic and contemporary music composition at The Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Sweden.

One of my pieces is to be played at SARC, Belfast
The 6th of May 2010 my piece "The Ominous Sonorities of Freck" is going to be played at SARC (Sonic Arts Research Center) at Queen's University in Belfast at a concert curated by Prof. Bill Brunson at Royal College of Music in Stockholm. Bill is hosting a concert at SARC with music from teachers and students from Stockholm. SARC has a 48 speaker orchestra system in a special concert hall with the speakers distributed in 3 dimentions. My piece selected for ICMC 2010!
My piece "60x60 from Maskering Vilseledning" was selected to be part of the "Burgundy Mix" of the "360 degrees of 60x60 project" to be played in New York City and at Stony Brook University during the ICMC (International Computer Music Conference). This years ICMC is between June 1st and 6th. My piece is a hyper condensed version of my 30 minutes long piece "maskering; vilseledning" with 60 parts from the original piece condensed into 60 seconds.

Kulturnatt Stockholm (Culture night Stockholm)
The City of Stockholm's culture department arranged a evening of culture, the 24th of April, and invited all institutions, curator, groups, etc. to arrange different types of happenings in all parts of the city. I curated a concert for the Royal College of Music to be held at KTH R1 the Reactor Hall. Alongside myself a long list of composers music where performed - John Cage, Erik Peters, Bill Brunson, Mattias Petersson, Sebastian Lakatos, Magnus Bunnskog, Mats Erlandsson, Isak Edberg, Patrik Jarlestam, David Granström, Paulina Sundin, Jonatan Liljedahl, Carls/Lisinski Duo, Thommy Wahlström & Pål Stenquist, Leo Correia de Verdier, Dronekvartetten and Jonas Kjellberg. My piece "maskering; vilseledning" was played.
SUM seminars and concert
Since 2009 I'm a member of the research project SUM - Systematic Understanding of Music. The 17th of february 2010 I participated in a seminar at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm with Lars Graugaard and Anders Friberg. I was showing my first experiments with the SUM-device and how you could use it for musical performances. At the evening we did a concert at Fylkingen, Stockholm to present some of the music in the project. We also invited Mattias Petersson who did a musical presentation of his new Klee sequencer using a monome controller. Lars Graugaard also played with his Max patch that is using Fuzzy Logic algorithms playing beats and melodies. I performed my piece called "Higgspartikeln" translates to "The Higgs Particle".

The film A22972 was selected to be shown at Liljevalchs Vårsalong, the yearly spring art show in Stockholm. At Liljevalchs Art Venue. The film was shown in 358 hours and 2682 times! From january 28th to march 28th, 2010.
Live electronics course concert - Royal Live Electronics - December 7th 2009
I played live electronics in a couple of pieces featured at my concert and my piece "Nu lånar kvarkarna energi från framtiden igen!" was performed very quietly - so quiet that the audience almost did not realize that it ended - That I like.
The Ominous Sonorities of Freck
tOSoF was played at a speaker orchestra concert we produced at the Royal College of Music the 30th of november, 2009. The concert also featured music by: Lars-Gunnar Bodin, Ryoji Ikeda, Mattias Sköld, Alejandro Montes de Oca Torres, Natasha Barrett, Autechre and Jonatan Harvey. The concert was a opportunity for the students to work with diffusion in the schools speaker orchestra system with 12 speakers and 2 sub woofers.

I curated the concert microsound10years the 28th october 2009. The concert featured music from Pär Lindgren (sweden) Joey Bania (new zeeland) Marcus Wrangö (sweden) Thanos Chrysakis (greece/uk) Mattias Petersson (sweden) Daniel Karlsson (sweden) Robin Parmar (ireland) and the secret act Adrian Knight (sweden/usa).
Adrian played live (via skype) from Yale University in New Haven, USA through the concert hall Fylkingen. Both me and Mattias played live electronics at the concert. There was also a premiere of Mattias modular analog synthesizer system, The emp.case#1.

I'm playing my live electronic piece "miibebo" at Anna Einarssons Master concert the 10th of May.
The 12'th of May:
And the collaboration between me and my brother Oskar Wrangö is going to be shown, the movie VSBT MNPLTN SRS 3: The Room. The movie featuring the fantastic juggler Erik Åberg. The music is all mine and Oskar has filmed, cutted and directed.
